Marcia Perry Dix

is an award-winning executive and the CEO and Founder of Perry Media Group with over 30 years of experience in entertainment, marketing, media, and public relations.

Marcia is the CEO of PERRY Media, a full-service PR, advertising, and marketing agency founded in 2014 — a business built around thought leaders, trendsetters, storytellers, and doers looking to turn heads or inspire change. She began her career in the music and broadcast industry — a career that took her all over the country, from the bright lights of LA to the back roads of small-town USA. Over the years, she has achieved many personal and professional goals, learning and working alongside some of the best in advertising.

Marcia creates unforgettable campaigns that draw from a wellspring of experiences spanning iconic brands such as the NFL, NHL, MTV, Coors Brewing Co., Philips Electronics, and the U.S. Army. She has a knack for garnering hundreds of millions of media impressions on any campaign with her hands-on approach and ability to leverage longstanding media, sports, and entertainment relationships. Regionally, her professional portfolio is decorated outreach campaigns that serve the Pennsylvania Department of Health, The University of Pennsylvania, Public Health Management Corporation, Delaware River Port Authority, Pittsburgh Public Schools, Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, Health Promotion Council, and Turning Points for Children.

Some of her favorite moments include leveraging her music industry relationships to build a one-of-a-kind marketing program for Crown Royal and a viral fitness campaign for the Health Promotion Council of Southeastern Pennsylvania with the magnetic Shaun T.

Since then, PERRY Media has grown and expanded into offices across Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia. Marcia leads by example by being equally dedicated to hiring and collaborating with minority and women-owned businesses and does so by intentionally selecting these businesses to be a part of the PERRY Media Network of independent entrepreneurs with whom she works. Marcia is a dedicated entrepreneur, mother, wife, and friend with a unique skill for uplifting those around her.

An Award-Winning Industry Leader

With PERRY Media deeply committed to integrating diversity and inclusion into every aspect of every project, Marcia leads by example with her growing list of professional affiliations. In 2021, she co-founded the Pennsylvania Chamber for Black Owned Business (PACBOB) with her husband, David Dix. Within one year, PACBOB has granted $25,000 to micro-minority businesses around the Commonwealth, launched the Pennsylvania Black Mayor’s Alliance, and implemented the inaugural Boss Kids Power Summit. Recently, Marcia was appointed as the Chairwoman of the Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus Foundation.
