Perry Media Group, a PHFA SDB contractor, led and managed both business-to-consumers and business-to-business marketing campaigns, all designed to build brand awareness of PHFA’s homeownership services to markets and consumers who: Ignore general messaging and advertising, Are not educated in the home-buying process, Are behind on their mortgage, Susceptible to mortgage schemes, or Need foreclosure mitigation counseling. RESULTS: Drove 1,388 consumers to PHFA’s website Approximately 600 consumers total participated. Produced 8,084,335 gross impressions
